Moua Toua Ter:

Honoring Mr. President George W. Bush and General Vang Pao,

On behalf of the leaders leading the U.S. Secret War Veterans and their families, see my arm here, inured and cripple due to the burden caused by the Americans.  Therefore, to this day I am still holding this riffle to fight and defend against the communist because of America.  Therefore I am pleading the United Nations and the United States to intervene to save these people.  Handicapped like this man is still holding guns and knives to defend against the communist.  These elderly men still have to carry guns and knives to protect the women and children while the younger ones are at the frontline fighting and defending.  These people has no peace or harmony due to the burdens American Government left for us to carry.  General Vang Pao I am requesting you to ask the American government to save these people.  They are dying for the price the American Government caused here and these elderly and women and children are awaiting for America's rescue.  Even cripple individuals like myself still have to carry guns and knives to fight and it is not right.  Therefore I am pleading the president of the United States to intervene and save these people.  You must come to save us.  If not, and all these people die in the communist hand, we will carry on for 500 generations that we died because of the burden the Americans left on us to carried.  This is all I have to say and again I am asking the Americans to come save us otherwise, by the end of this year, 2002, the Communist LPDR Government will try to exterminate all of the U.S. Secret War Veterans and our families.  Therefore I am begging you to help us.  Even those who are mute still have to carry guns to protect the women and children so please come to save us.  This is all I am asking for and thank you very much!
