rious fight for 15 years in Asia during the "so called" Vietnam War, the United States used new theoretical strategies. The United States and other free countries were able to dismantle the original communist country: Soviet Union since 1990. As a result, many other countries with communist regime in Eastern Europe have gone along with Soviet Union. 

Nevertheless, there have been wars caused by some small remaining communist and dictatorship countries. Actions have been taken against these countries. Such actions are partial powers gearing to solve the problems in Laos.

Talking about the problems in Laos, in particular, it is sure that the United States and other 15 countries in Europe are bringing up the human rights, freedom and all other persecution against humanity issues, which are being carried out by these dictatorship countries such as Laos, to discussions.

I strongly agree with the wonderful ideas and actions of General Vang Pao mentioned earlier to the most powerful nations to resolve the problems and, at the same time, for those dictatorship countries to reduce and stop their cruel prosecutions, and not to add more crimes and sins on their own and current burdens. Of course, they (communist countries) are responsible for those crimes.

Therefore, we in the third countries, in addition to our efforts in seeking for assistance and to rescue all ethnic of peoples in Laos, especially those ones who are still fighting to protect their own lives, freedom and human rights for themselves, Laos and for the world as a whole, are deeply grateful for their sacrifice. Lao people who are in the inner cities should realize how cruel the dictatorship regime is. It has deceived Lao people for the last 27 years. That is enough. The Lao people are tired of it. We, in the third countries, pray to God for your safety, and we bear your sacrifice that benefit Laos and the whole free world.

You may remember that I, General Thonglith, was with you in 1989-90 in the fighting. Because of your fighting, the United States can not forget you who used to be soldiers under the CIA to protect freedom for Laos and the whole world. Because of your fighting, we will see the light of freedom in the near future. As you may know, even though you may have not seen it yet, or have heard that the United States has many officials, by diplomatic and/or international efforts, who are seriously undertaking these issues. It is expected that we should see freedom and justice by actions inflicted by all of the free countries. The Laos communist government who is still exercising such cruel prosecution should already be aware of its own actions. All of these actions by the free countries are keys for us to see the light, freedom, and human rights and to regain our country as we used to enjoy before 1975. I am encouraging all of our different ethnic fighters to be patient and wait for the possible solution described earlier. It should not be very long.

No other country will love our country and us as much as we do. We are lucky to have General Vang Pao who is being trusted by the United States and being assigned to be our leader from the beginning (Laos). The United States will continue their effort and trust on him to assist our people with justice to avoid all blood shed as he mentioned earlier. The Lao communist government should realize of its own cruelty against its own people. They should not take ideas from other countries, especially the communist Vietnam as I mentioned and as the evidences we saw, to kill our own people or chased them out of the country so they can occupy Laos. That is very wrong. I am asking the current communist Lao government to realize the facts of being one nation and the world as a whole because all human beings love their own countries and peoples.

Communist Vietnam should not swallow Laos, as we are their neighbor country. Now it is century 21. Large countries should not consume small countries. Such justice remains with the powerful free world. Again, it is expected that we should receive kind consideration from the free world.

I am asking FFC to continue its effort as much as it possibly can to find the facts of these issues. It has been a year or so since you began your operation. You have gathered lots of facts to show the world so they can see and understand our problems.

Therefore, I highly praised your efforts and I am very grateful once more.  I hope that your efforts will serve as an important key and play an important role in resolving our problems in Laos. Please be patient and continue your marvelous efforts and sacrifices.
