Report from the jungle of Laos: 45 Children, 17 over the age of 10 Killed in June and July

 

 

Report to the international communities and the United Nations:

 

Since June 5, 2007 to July 22, 2007, LPDR government has launched his joined military forces to attack and kill us Hmong citizen of Laos in Mouang Xaysomboun Special Zone.  The LPDR government has used helicopter and B8, a propeller aircraft, to transport troops and military supplies to Lima site 65, Lima Site 5, Nam Chia, Nam Kha, and Phou Bia.  The following are dates and times LPDR government have transported troops and supplies:

 

1.       June 5, 2007 from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., made 8 trips.

 

2.       June 12, 2007 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., made 6 trips.

 

3.       June 28, 2007 from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., made 4 trips.

 

4.       June 29, 2007 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., made 10 trips.

 

5.       July 4, 2007 made 6 trips.

 

6.       July 10, 2007 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., made 4 trips.

 

7.       July 21, 2007 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., made 4 trips.

 

The following is a report on the casualties of US Secret War veterans and their families who were recently killed and wounded by LPDR joined military forces’ attacks and open fires.

 

1.       June 6, 2007 at 6:00 a.m., there was an open fired to the US Secret War veterans and their               families for at least 30 minutes; three of our people got killed and one wounded.

 

2.       June 8, 2007 at 9:00 o’clock, there was an open fired to the US Secret War veterans and their            families for at least one hour; five of our people got killed and three wounded.

 

3.       June 13, 2007 at 3:00 p.m., there was an open fired to the US Secret War veterans and their            families for at least one hour; seven of our people got killed and one wounded.

 

4.       June 19, 2007 at 2:00 p.m., there was an open fired to the US Secret War veterans and their            families for at least 30 minutes; nine of our people got killed and four wounded.

 

5.       June 20, 2007 at 5:00 p.m., there was an open fired to the US Secret War veterans and their            families for at least 40 minutes; 12 of our people got killed and four wounded.

 

6.       June 23, 2007 at 1:00 a.m., there was an open fired to the US Secret War veterans and their            families for at least 10 minutes; four of our people got killed.
